About Michelle MacDonald

Welcome! My name is MICHELLE, and I’m so glad you’ve reached out for support. Reaching out for support is the hardest step and you did it. It’s common to feel anxious, uncomfortable, or hesitant starting therapy. I want to let you know that I’m here to support you as we get to know each other. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have experience working with a diverse range of clients. My approach is client-centered CBT therapy, and I am dedicated to tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. You can send me a message at any time and I encourage you to message me anything you want me to know. I will try to respond at least once a day during my working hours. In my approach, I want to create a space where you can feel heard and supported every step of the way. I understand that you’ve come here seeking support for feeling down or depressed, and I have experience working with clients who face similar challenges. Together, we’ll explore ways to move forward that feel right for you. I look forward to getting to know you and working together. My hours vary to fit all kinds of schedules. “My clients are the bravest people that I know. I am so struck by their courage and ability to seek change. It is amazing that we have such a great capacity for healing. What a profound honor it is to assist in a process that is both so deeply painful and so joyful in recovery. I love miracles.” Best Michelle
