About Debra McGuffee

A very warm hello to you! Welcome to Betterhelp.

My name is Deb. I am a Mn Licensed Individual, Marriage and Family Therapist.

I am a seasoned experienced therapist, who has been doing therapy for 30 years!

I work with folks on relationship issues, communication, conflict resolution, infidelity and trust issues.

Personal growth in the way of self-esteem, self-value, self-worth, self-confidence, self-doubt.

I work with individuals on issues related to careers and work related issues. In addition to being a seasoned therapist for 30 years, I also have worked in many business and corporation settings for an additional 26 years.

I provide therapy to folks with mild to severe mental health issues such as: Depression, Anxiety, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and all Personality Disorders. Also a lot of experience with Chemical Dependency.

If requested by client, I can provide Christian based counseling. But only if you request it.

The main therapies I provide are: CBT, DBT, Adlerian, Rational Emotive therapy, Rogerian, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology, Brief Therapy and Gestalt therapy.
