“Valerie is highly skilled in working with complex relationship struggles, including infidelity and the impact it has on trauma and CPTSD. She creates a safe space to process difficult emotions and offers practical guidance that actually helps. What stands out most is her ability to give hope without minimizing the pain — she consistently reminds me that things can get better, and she supports that with real strategies. I would strongly recommend her to anyone facing deep relational or trauma‑based challenges.”

“Miss Marsh is really great at understanding situations and she knows how to use anxiety management strategies very well!<br /> She's very nice and listens well!”

“She has been a great help in our relationship and other family matters.”

“It's difficult to find a therapist that motivates the client to actively improve oneself, and Valerie is certainly one of those candidates. Her expertise and dedication to this craft inspired me to not just shown up to therapy sessions, but to also actively work on assignments and thoroughly implement new processes in between sessions. She has a knack for finding parallels between her own life experiences and her clients that help reinforce the idea that it's okay to not be perfect and that, typically, we all work through similar circumstances on the journey to improvement and peace. That's comforting and appreciated!”
