I am Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, anger management, and other DSM-5 mental health diagnoses. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
