About Cherish
Currently my therapy plans are focused on female clients only. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is a combination between Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy with an implementation of Creative Arts. My sessions are forward focused in which the treatment plan is focused on areas of growth. With that said every treatment plan created is personalized for the individual based on their needs, wants and symptoms. Therefore, additional therapies are at times added to treatment if needed for specific symptoms or by request. Such as treatments for trauma or phobia. Additionally, my therapy is not limited to present and future, but having a mentally stable present and future is the overall goal. A good portion of sessions are revisiting the past and understanding how different habits, patterns and coping mechanisms were created. Once those discoveries are made and acknowledge the process begins to reshape them into healthier habits, patterns and coping skills.

What clients say
- “Cherish has been very helpful in my journey. She listens well and she references past conversations identifying patterns, which means she’s processing my situations in full context as well as in the moment. The individual session schedule isn’t always immediately available, but I’m not sure that’s her issue. It seems to be a synching issue within Betterhelp.”
