About Ana Stevenson

The therapeutic relationship is about connection in a safe and confidential space, accompanying the patient in their exploration of their inner self, their social self, and anything else that will help them journey towards healing and emotional growth.
Ana is a multicultural, multilingual clinical Social Work professional with 26 years of life experience in Asia, Africa, South America, and the US. Of those years, 16 are helping people, 8 through clinical work with difficult life transitions, trauma survivors, immigrants, and more, and 10 years as an employee relations specialist, both overseas and in Washington. This broad experience has heightened her ability to connect with people. Her clinical work is person-centered based on clients’ goals and needs. Using somatic, EMDR and cognitive-behavioral modalities, she seeks to integrate body and mind and increase life balance and kindness for the self.
