About Zhanna

I’m a therapist with experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and ADHD. My practice also extends to helping clients address social anxiety and life transitions including divorce and separation.

I’m particularly drawn to helping clients cultivate self-love, improve communication, and work through isolation and loneliness. I also support those exploring life purpose, forgiveness, attachment patterns, and midlife transitions. Additionally, I work with clients managing mood disorders, caregiver stress, and substance use concerns.

My approach is grounded in understanding each person’s unique story and circumstances. I’m committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
