Hello! I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, and I truly believe that life is a journey meant to be explored with intention and care. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I see therapy as a space to pause, reflect, and invest in yourself.
I believe God meets us in every season of life, and each season brings opportunities to learn, grow, and heal. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through many different chapters—helping them build coping skills, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and find moments of peace and joy even during difficult times.
