About Veronica

Hi! I am Veronica. Founder of Grounded Path Therapy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years in the field, 20 if you count where it started. My background is rooted in trauma informed, attachment based care. My clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches, and more. This shapes how I work with you. Leading with curiosity, no judgement, patience, and respect, we will work together to help you through whatever life has brought your way. Past. Present. Future.

In addition to therapy, I am an international speaker supporting organizations on topics such as programming and staff development, establishing quality and ethical care for individuals, and providing training on a variety of subjects, notably psychological safety and trauma in the workplace.

I started Grounded Path Therapy because I believe expectations shouldn’t get in the way of our reality. Therapy is a partnership, not a performance. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. And it is ok to not have it all figured out. I look forward to meeting you.
