Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
About Tracey
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oklahoma, as well as a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor. I hold a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Ashford University, and a Doctoral Degree of Ministry from Fellowship Bible Institute. I have experience working with a wide range of clients and love working with families, couples, and individuals. I believe that everyone should have a safe space where they can be heard and helped to navigate the difficulties in life and relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to achieve this by focusing on the areas they desire to improve by using a variety of systemic approaches such as Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

- “Tracey is awesome! She has a very real approach to life situations. She’s caring and friendly, I would have to say she is good at building an instant rapport which makes it easy to open up and explore the issues and things that you are going through. More like a mom or best friend that gives amazing advice not like a traditional therapist that’s like tell me all your problems. Over all awesome at what she does.”
- “I can count on Dr. Tracey is checks in with us and makes sure we know she is there if we need her.”
- “Our first session went great. She made me feel like it was ok to open up and talk freely!”

- “It was my first ever therapy session, and I felt instantly at ease talking with Tracey. She let me talk through my situation while she listened and I never felt judged or embarrassed talking with her. By the end of our session I felt a huge relief being able to talk to someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help. It felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time.”
- “Dr.Tracy makes me feel comfortable and heard; she is laying the groundwork and building my case, and responds to my concerns and messages even outside of our sessions. I've only had two sessions so far but I am confident in her skills and that she will assist me in handling my situation and going forward.”
- “Tracey meets me where I am and is a joy to work with”
