I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Philadelphia. After graduating from of the University of Pennsylvania MSW program, I earned my clinical licensure and have maintained it for nine years. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, particularly with older adults and their families, helping them navigate the aging process and all the logistical, personal, and interpersonal challenges it can pose.
My approach centers on helping clients develop resilience, self-compassion, and effective communication strategies. I aim to empower clients to build meaningful connections, overcome interpersonal barriers, and cultivate a deeper sense of emotional well-being while focusing on self-care.
