Stephanie Sarafinas
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
About Stephanie
I’m a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. I work with clients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on helping young adults and parents navigate their unique concerns.
My expertise spans depression, anxiety, stress management, parenting, career transitions, and life changes. I specialize in addressing communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, panic disorder, mood disorders, and women’s health issues—including pregnancy, postpartum depression, and midlife transitions. I also work with clients managing chronic pain, disability, caregiver stress, and workplace challenges.
Beyond these areas, I’m experienced in supporting individuals through trauma, self-harm, family conflict, codependency, and autism spectrum experiences. I bring compassion to conversations about grief, guilt, shame, life purpose, and the complex emotions that arise during major life shifts.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build meaningful change at your own pace. I’m honored to support you on your journey toward greater clarity, connection, and wellbeing.
