Healing often begins in the quiet moments — that faint tug inside that whispers you can’t keep carrying everything alone. In our work together, I want you to have a place where you can finally set things down. A place where the ache you’ve been holding can stretch out, breathe, and be met with gentleness instead of pressure or judgment.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in genuine connection. I sit with you, not above you — listening closely to the stories you’ve lived through, the pain you’ve learned to hide, and the strength you don’t always see. Together, we move slowly and intentionally, exploring anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or relationship struggles at a pace that honors your nervous system and your heart.
I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and person-centered, holistic practices — not as rigid techniques, but as tools we weave into the moments when you need grounding, clarity, or a way to steady yourself. Over time, your voice gets stronger. Your patterns make more sense. And the parts of you that learned to survive begin to feel safe enough to soften.
I work with adults, teens, and couples, meeting each person exactly as they are. Whether you’re craving connection, relief, direction, or simply a place to land, I’m here to walk beside you.
