About Quenette
I’m a licensed therapist in California with a passion for supporting clients through life’s most challenging moments. My work centers on helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, grief, and the complex emotions that arise during major life transitions.
I specialize in working with clients on self-love, communication, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and control issues. I also have experience supporting those dealing with trauma, panic disorder, attachment challenges, and posttraumatic stress. My practice extends to women’s issues, workplace concerns, caregiver stress, family dynamics, and multicultural experiences including prejudice and discrimination.
I’m committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors your unique identity and background. I bring cultural awareness and responsiveness to my work, recognizing how identity shapes your experiences and healing journey. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, workplace stress, life transitions, or deeper emotional wounds, I’m here to support you with compassion and authenticity.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build the skills and insights you need to move forward. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you work toward greater peace, resilience, and self-understanding.
