About Rebecca Roebke

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker in Delaware with 13 years experience. I currently work in a private practice. I have experience working with clients of all ages and a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, relationship issues, ADHD, and adjustment issues. I have years of experience providing individual and family counseling.

I believe in using a strengths based perspective to help you reach your goals. My style is interactive, accepting, and focuses on empowerment of the individual. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Humanistic approaches , as well as my trainings in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy, EMDR, and Parent Child Interactive Therapy. In my private practice, I strive daily to normalize mental health treatment and work within the community to fight against stigmas.

Sometimes life can be challenging and overwhelming, however, we are all capable of growth, change, and learning from our experiences. The decision to begin therapy is a courageous step in becoming the very best version of yourself you can be! I am happy and honored to be a part of your journey.

“I’ve been in therapy for a couple of months now, and I can say, I’m finally starting to feel myself, I can officially say I feel better then how I was when I started, I was scared to start therapy, as I didn’t want to get diagnosed with something that will effect my future job opportunities, but it was nothing like I expected, I’m glad Rebecca is my therapist, she has helped me get to the raw material which I don’t think i would’ve if it wasn’t for her, I’d highly recommend her”
