About Randall
I’m Randall Allen, a licensed therapist. I earned a Bachelor of Education degree from Northern Arizona University in 1987 and a Master of Counseling degree with High Distinction from Colorado Christian University in 2016.
I am licensed in Arizona and New Mexico with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, and anger management. I typically use Choice Theory/Reality Therapy in the therapeutic process with my clients, though I borrow from other theories, such as Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, & Client-Centered Therapy. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. From time to time, I will relate my own life experiences when I believe it will advance the therapeutic process. I work with my clients to help them develop thoughts and behaviors that help them live a more satisfying life. In short, I provide the tools for clients to use to help them live a more satisfying life. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
My schedule is subject to change as I am a provider on other platforms (both online & in-person) and I have a side job is as a high school sports official.

What clients say
- “Mr. Allen listened so judgement free when I was venerable about things I was insecure about and gave me valuable advice on how to get over them. A genuinely good guy and I’ve enjoyed the time spent talking with him.”
- “Respectful, professional and to the point. Randall effectively communicates any concerns and provides a variety of resources. We couldn't be happier with the help we have received. This was our first time doing therapy of any sort and we can happily say most of our issues have been resolved and we now have tools to continue using moving forward. 10 out of 10.”
- “Actively listens and provides coping mechanisms within that instance and helps with immediate concerns. Very reliable and likeable.”
