About Rachael Mooney

Welcome!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice in South Carolina, with four years of professional experience. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Georgia and have since dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I also have a strong interest in supporting caregivers and helping parents strengthen their skills.

My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I believe in treating every client with respect, empathy, and compassion. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and integrative approaches, I tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs and goals.

I’m passionate about helping clients create more fulfilling and meaningful lives. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered.

I look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing and growth.
