I have worked in the human services field my entire career of 40 years providing mostly direct services to clients, but also as a supervisor of multiples programs and staff. I have a bachelor and master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, am licensed as a Clinical Social and I am a National Certified Counselor. I am a generalist meaning I work with most any concern you may have. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional well-being. My approach integrates compassionate listening with practical strategies to help clients address depression, anxiety, relationship and self-esteem concerns. You are the expert so I do not tell people what to do, but do my best to help others find the best solution to whatever concerns you may have. I provide a balanced, thoughtful approach that respects individual beliefs and personal journeys.
