About Rebekah Wolff

I’m so proud of you for getting this far in taking this step towards your mental wellness. I’m so excited to meet you! I want to know your story and what brought you to this point. I’m here to help, let’s work together.

I’m Rebekah, a multicultural therapist who utilizes different modalities, to help you reach your goals. I’m here to support you through messages, journal entries, live chat, and audio sessions in a casual style. In addition, I love to send resources such as supporting articles, worksheets, potential books/audio books, podcasts, youtube links etc. I’m in Wisconsin (CST time zone) and have clients around the world. I help with everything from depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships issues/dating/marriage, communications issues, attachment styles, family issues, self-esteem, life purpose, etc. utilizing CBT & Motivational Interviewing methods.

As a compassionate counselor, I’m dedicated to providing and creating a safe space where others feel seen, heard, and empowered. Through my patience, empathy and insight, I help people find clarity, heal, and grow stronger. I blend active listening, thoughtful guidance to have others explore their challenges.
