Noemi Gallegos
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
About Noemi
I’m a therapist with seven years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and major life transitions. I’m particularly skilled in helping people explore issues around self-worth, communication, loneliness, social anxiety, guilt, shame, and forgiveness.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to meeting you where you are—whether you’re working through attachment patterns, caregiver stress, abandonment wounds, or learning to release control and shame.
I welcome clients of all faith backgrounds, including those with Christian values and those who are non-religious. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you build stronger relationships with yourself and others.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and growth.
