About Joanne Fabrick
I’m a licensed therapist in Texas with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My practice is grounded in a person-centered approach that honors your unique identity, values, and lived experience.
I work with clients across the lifespan, addressing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, anger management, and life transitions. I specialize in trauma-informed care, helping individuals navigate trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and identity exploration. My focus areas include communication challenges, isolation, self-love, life purpose, social anxiety, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and attachment issues.
I’m particularly experienced in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, older adults, and those navigating complex life circumstances—including relationship transitions, workplace concerns, chronic health challenges, and major life changes. I also work with individuals exploring sexuality, polyamorous relationships, gender identity, and alternative relationship structures.
My therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based practices tailored to your specific needs and pace. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and respected. I’m committed to walking alongside you with authenticity, compassion, and unwavering support as you move toward healing and growth.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to be part of your journey.
