About Mylane Wigley

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama with over twenty-five years of experiences working with teens, families and adults. I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with many different concerns including; anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, ADHD, and anger management. In working with clients I use different forms of therapy as needed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered and Relational therapy are all ways we work together to help you make positive changes in your life.
It is my belief that our relationship must be open and honest in order for you to make the most progress in therapy and work towards change. I want to help you make changes that improve your current issues and also teach you skills to apply to any future concerns. Teaching you to recognize and how to handle lapses in progress and improvement and what to do to get back on track are also important goals for me in working with you. Change is hard but together we can make positive changes for your life and future!

“Mylane is an amazing therapist. She really takes the time to listen and helps me make sense of what I’m feeling. She’s great at picking up on the real reasons behind my emotions and guiding me through healthy ways to handle them. I always feel heard and supported in our sessions.
