I am a licensed counselor with 6 years of experience helping people to better understand themselves, move towards the kind of life they want and away from the life that plays familiar scenes of pain.

I am relational in our approach, meaning that I am both directive and intuitive and will structure each session on the basis of a collaborative conversation.

I utilize dreamwork, somatic exploration, as well as ketamine-assisted therapy to deepen access to the deeper parts of ourselves.
