About Mia Ford
I’m Mia Ford, a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, helping them build resilience and find their way forward.
My approach centers on self-compassion and healing. I specialize in supporting women through postpartum depression, adoption and foster care experiences, young adult transitions, and issues around guilt, shame, and forgiveness. I’m also passionate about helping clients strengthen communication, rebuild self-esteem, and address mood-related concerns.
I believe in meeting clients where they are—honoring their values, identities, and beliefs. Whether you’re seeking a therapist who shares your faith perspective, a secular approach, or specific cultural understanding, I’m committed to creating a space where you feel truly seen and respected.
My work is grounded in empathy and collaboration. I draw on evidence-based practices to support your unique journey toward greater peace, connection, and self-love. Starting therapy takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
