Hello and I hope the best for you wherever you are! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked in a variety of settings including communities and offices. As an LCSW who holds strong to his social work roots, whole person and community well-being are my forte. Whether family needs or individual, I understand that what happens to one can impact others and vice versa. Helping you find the best support possible is my goal.

Please know that I also will do my best to network across different areas to provide support as well.

I utilize a mixture of cognitive behavioral supports that focus on thinking and framing and reframing thoughts and experiences as well as dialectical behavioral therapy that focuses on interpersonal needs often related to mood disorders.
