“Lydia is the best. She is straightforward, listens intently and gives recommendations for help to problems. She checks in on me by text when I have big events where I have the potential for high anxiety. She truly cares. She is a great therapist!!”

“Lydia is the best ! Listens with patience. Good feedback. Gets me out of those spiraling loops. She is like a dose of Prozac. Oh wait. Better! Strongly recommend.”

“Very knowledgeable and understanding.”

“Only a few sessions thus far , but really listens. And doesn’t make me feel rushed. My previous therapist after about 30m -40m she ended things. Also Lydia asks a lot of good questions. And has good range of availability. Highly recommend her!”

“We have never need happier as a couple. Therapy isn’t a fix all but it has given us the tools necessary to have a stronger communications and bond to get thru any couple conflicts that may arise! We were skeptical but now realize the value in virtual couples therapy! Thank you for your help Lydia!”
