“My first session was awesome. Seemless, chill relaxed conversation with someone engaging!”

“She has an open mind and really cares about her patience”

“Lisa is warm and caring. I feel heard and supported by her.”

“Lisa is a very open minded therapist and she has helped me so much within a month of talking with her!”

“She helped me through the thickness of my postpartum depression with my first child. I’ve been with her for two years and the only reason I ever get rid of her as my therapist is if A) I was in a good place and or B) I had to move out of state. Lisa has helped me figure out how to set up boundaries and was able to get rid of toxic people that were in my life. She also recommended I also seek out getting a professional evaluation done and due to that I was able to get a better understanding and outlook on myself and we work through that stuff too. I highly, highly recommend her if you are having issues with postpartum depression and anxiety, and whatever else that comes with postpartum. Also she’s really great with finding ways to help with ADHD or ADD because of that I’ve been able to find some sort of routine in my life. Now that I have a second child, she has helped me through maintaining my postpartum mental health. With Lisa’s help when I had my second child I basically had what I would call “a postpartum awakening,” that is the best way I can describe on what I’m going through with my postpartum mental health this time around.”

“Very professional and easy to work with. Sky understand my goals and helps me stay focused on them.”

“Can't recommend Lisa enough! She really seems like she gets me, and she always has kind words and resources available for me. I never feel uncomfortable talking to her, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. Lisa is the best! ❤️”

“Lisa has been a nice support to me as a parent”

“I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone. In fact, I'd tell you she's the best part of the arsenal I have in my coping and growth toolkit. She's not only extremely knowledgable but I walk away with actionable tips on how to cope and approach situations I face every single session. It's my first therapy experience and I'm so grateful I bet on myself and have such a kind, talented therapist to help me navigate through this experience we call life. I am certain that without her guidance, grace, knowledge and support I would absolutely not be where I am today in my journey. 100/10 would recommend without question.”

“Lisa is the best and most friendly I’ve ever met. She is so sweet and kind and so funny. She makes me look forward to my therapy.”

“Lisa is the best! I feel like she really listens and understands me, and our conversations feel like talking to a friend. She is compassionate, non-judgemental, and gives great advice!”

“I find Lisa extremely attentive, understanding and nonjudgemental. She is kind, likable and relates well to me. Couldn't have asked for a better therapist.”

“Lisa is a good listener, and very approachable. Easy to talk to. She has good insights and support, and offers tangible ways to work on things.”

“Lisa has been a great fit for me and my individual needs. I appreciate that she can empathize with some of what I have going on as a fellow mom. She also points out my successes/wins, which I need too.”

“Lisa is awesome! I have been so happy with how easy it is to open up and share with her ❤️”
