About Kristin
Hello and thank you for taking the time to explore Betterhelp. My name is Kristin Mosley and I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to helping others find their purpose, strength and peace in life. My goal is to help make the world a better place by helping individuals love and be themselves. I believe in empowering anyone seeking help to know they have the power to overcome the challenges life may present and lead happy, purposeful and loving lives. My education and experience include a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling graduating as a summa cum laude graduate from the University of North Florida. While earning my licensure, I completed additional courses and specialized trainings in evidenced based practices including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy, and Trust Based Relational Intervention. My experience also includes over 20 years working with non-profit community agencies serving a diverse population of adults, adolescents and children. I utilize evidence-based and person centered therapeutic approaches focusing on empowering you to be your best self.
