Karla Dupre

As a licensed therapist in Tennessee, I bring over two decades of experience walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s emotional challenges. I offer bilingual therapy services in English and Spanish, creating a space where clients can express themselves fully and feel understood in the language that feels most natural to them. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to helping people feel supported and seen.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and major life transitions, including young adulthood. I have a special focus on social anxiety, attachment-related challenges, mood disorders, and the emotional weight that can accompany caregiving, guilt, and shame.

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and centered on creating a safe and welcoming environment.
