About Jodi Erion
Hi, my name is Jodi Erion. I am a clinical social worker licensed in Oregon and Tennessee with 7 years of experience working as a mental health therapist and 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. I moved to Oregon in 2005 and moved to Tennessee in 2022. I have worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, low self-worth, relationship issues, addiction, and life stressors. I have also worked with survivors of trauma and emotional abuse.
I believe in treating clients with respect, dignity, and compassion. My approach includes dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, client-centered therapy, narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, and biblical principles if that aligns with your beliefs. Together, we will customize your treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
If you are ready to take the steps towards healing and relief, I am here to support you. As a mother with a toddler, chat and phone sessions will work best for me.
I look forward to joining you on you journey!
