Hi there, I’m Jocelyn!
My goal is to help you gain awareness of your feelings, recognize unhelpful behaviors, and achieve a meaningful and purposeful life. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to be your authentic self. I especially enjoy working with people looking to make changes by understanding and transforming patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach
I integrate CBT, mindfulness, DBT, and Psychodynamic therapy to help you understand how past experiences affect your present, process emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop coping tools. I meet you where you are and stay at your pace. We’ll focus on your goals to get the most out of our sessions.

I help you work through life’s hardships and expectations, empowering you to become your best self. I provide a non-judgmental, safe, collaborative space for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, attachment issues, major life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.

My style is warm, supportive, straightforward, and direct. I embody a client-centered approach and will meet you where you are in your journey.
My journey to mental healthcare
I was drawn to this profession because of my deep empathy and desire to help others break through patterns during challenging periods. I’m comfortable discussing even the most uncomfortable topics. Nothing is more fulfilling than accompanying someone on their journey of growth.
My goals for you
I help you identify attainable short and long-term goals and guide you in creating an action plan. I create a holding space for your emotions through acceptance and empathy. We’ll focus on the present and self-acceptance.
My first session with you
In our first session, I’ll focus on getting to know you and exploring what you’d like from therapy. We’ll develop a personalized treatment plan with specific goals. I’m open to answering questions about the process. I believe it’s important you feel connected to your therapist and see progress.
