Jennifer Baran
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About Jennifer
I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and grief, helping them find clarity and resilience during difficult times.
My approach centers on self-compassion and meaningful connection. I can help in addressing communication patterns, isolation, insomnia, chronic or terminal illness, hospice/end of life, caregiver stress, as well as the complexities of relationships, including social anxiety, break-ups/divorce, and attachment concerns. I’m also passionate about helping clients explore their life purpose and reconnect with what matters most to them.
First and foremost I am here to listen and support you as you make decisions and changes that work for you. I strive to create a thoughtful, nonjudgmental space where you can be authentically yourself. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and a deep respect for your values, beliefs, and unique perspective. I believe healing and change happen when you feel truly heard and supported.
If you’re ready to take that important step toward growth and greater well-being, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
