I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate difficult relationships, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and compassionate. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported and understood, while also being challenged in ways that help you create meaningful change.

I have extensive experience working with trauma, relationship issues, narcissistic abuse and unhealthy relationship patterns, boundaries, self-worth, and emotional recovery. I tailor therapy to each client rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, with the goal of helping you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of moving forward.
