I am licensed therapist in the state of Texas with over 6 years of professional work experience. I have also worked as a teacher, school counselor, and district LPC for a total of 32 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I am an empathetic listener and utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients find solutions to the problems they are facing.
