“I have been taking therapy sessions with Erika Judkins for over two years now. I have worked out several issues related to family, parenting, work-life balance, my own personal growth, navigating communication issues in marriage, and more. Erika truly cares for her patients and listens. She listens and gives the best advise she has and guides you on how to implement it. As long as you as the patient stay committed and do the hard work, things get much better with her guidance. It takes time, and it is so worth it. I am a much better person thanks to her, and feel back in control of my life again.”

“Working with Erika for over a year has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. When I first came to her, I was carrying pain, fear, and confusion that felt impossible to untangle. Through our sessions, Erika has helped me not only process and release so much of that emotional weight, but also rediscover my inner strength, voice, and sense of self.

Her empathy, patience, and wisdom have been a constant source of support. Erika creates a space where I feel safe to be vulnerable, explore difficult emotions, and confront my past without shame. She listens without judgment and guides without pressure.
