About Hope

I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, from young adults navigating identity and purpose to older adults facing life transitions. My practice is grounded in affirming, culturally responsive care that honors each person’s unique identity and lived experience.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly around identity exploration, self-love, and healing from trauma. I also work with clients managing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and ADHD, as well as those navigating relationship challenges, isolation, communication difficulties, and life transitions like divorce or midlife changes.

My approach addresses a wide range of concerns, including panic and anxiety disorders, OCD, phobias, posttraumatic stress, mood disorders, codependency, chronic pain, and gender dysphoria. I’m committed to helping you build resilience, improve communication, explore forgiveness, and reconnect with your sense of purpose.
