About Erica Hardman
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience such as but not limited to supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns and emotional overwhelm. My background includes work across healthcare, child welfare, school, and community settings, giving me experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and through many different stages of life.
My therapeutic approach is warm, supportive, practical, and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and work toward becoming the person you want to be without judgment. Together, we can strengthen coping skills, establish healthy boundaries, improve relationships, build confidence, and develop greater self-love and self-care.
I especially enjoy helping clients who feel stuck, unmotivated, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step. I incorporate goal-setting, motivation, personal development, and life-coaching principles when appropriate to help clients turn insight into meaningful action.
I tailor therapy to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. When important to the client, I am also comfortable incorporating spirituality or Christian faith into therapy in a client-led and respectful way.
Whether you are navigating a major transition, rebuilding your confidence, learning to prioritize yourself, searching for direction, or simply wanting more from your life, my goal is to provide a supportive space for growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
