Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
About Elle
I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction, I help clients navigate complex emotions and build meaningful change in their lives.
My approach is grounded in compassion and genuine care. I work with clients across a wide range of concerns—from relationship difficulties and communication struggles to trauma, panic, social anxiety, and life transitions. I also specialize in Christian counseling and have experience with equine psychotherapy.
I understand that healing looks different for everyone. Whether you’re working through guilt and shame, body image concerns, attachment patterns, or the weight of major life changes, I’m here to meet you where you are with respect and authenticity.
I’m honored by the trust my clients place in me, and I believe that taking the step toward therapy takes real courage. I’m committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story and discover your own path forward.
