Breonna Krafft
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
About Breonna
Hi! I’m Bree. Have you been feeling like the world feels grim right now? You’re tired, sad, angry, scared. You feel alone and like so many people have turned their backs on you. Some days getting out of bed is hard. But “hope has dirt on her face, blood on her knuckles, the grit of cobblestone in her hair, and just spat out a tooth as she rises for another go.” Hope isn’t gone, even though it feels like she is. Resilience can help you find her again.
I am a licensed therapist and in Idaho with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with LGBTQ+ related issues, incarceration issues, relationships, trauma, depression, self-worth and self-image, boundaries, communication, anxiety, and intimacy related issues. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to help guide you and help you see things you couldn’t see before. Life gets hard sometimes, and during those times I believe it can be greatly beneficial to have someone on your side to help you through. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

What clients say
- “Bree truly has given me the confidence to get back to working on myself which is something I have to not prioritized or practiced in a long time. She does this with a touch that is not pushy or overbearing but supportive and empathetic. She’s great for all of the neurodivergent people out there who need a little bit of understanding. I’m so grateful to have found her!”
- “Bre is amazing. She has helped me come back to therapy with an open mind, at my own pace. Something I wasn’t sure was possible. She builds trust and is helping me see that I am worthy enough to be able to ask for help when I need it from the people in my life. A scary but truly liberating idea.”
