Donna Bolger
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
About Donna
I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Over my career, I’ve worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, and relationship difficulties. I’m particularly passionate about helping people explore self-love, improve communication, and find meaning and purpose in their lives.
I understand how isolation, loneliness, guilt, and shame can weigh heavily on the heart. My approach centers on creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process these feelings and work toward forgiveness—both of others and yourself.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds and belief systems. Whether you’re seeking a therapist who shares your Christian faith, prefer a secular approach, or fall somewhere in between, I’m here to honor your values and meet you where you are.
I believe that meaningful change happens through genuine connection and collaboration. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s transitions, build stronger relationships, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-worth and purpose. I’m honored to support you on your healing journey.
