“She's awesome I would recommend her 10/10”

“Diane was terrific! She was able to connect with my partner and me on a deep level, and resolve our issue quickly and effectively. I highly recommend her!”

“Diane has a very down to earth approach. She is extremely easy to talk to and really makes you feel safe. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends”

“Diane Smith is down to earth, professional empathetic and has expertise from a variety of areas which she brings to therapy. It is extremely helpful to have someone with real life experience that is relevant to my own. I highly recommend Diane as an excellent therapist.”

“Diane is a very compassionate, well educated therapist. I immediately felt comfortable and well listened to. Highly recommend.”

“Diane is going to change how you think about yourself and mental health!”

“I feel like my sessions have been beneficial. Diane Smith always listens and provides feed back which is helpful. Thank You Diane”

“Diane draws from a wealth of experience! —Her own life experiences, time providing therapy experience, knowledge from her education and also from her keeping current with new info from her field ie recent journals and studies. She is willing to challenge, and also can empathize with situations, showing me both sides of events and issues. She is down to earth and realistic in our discussions and always willing to go further with the topic if needed. She reminds at the end of sessions to message her if needed, and when I do, she always gets back to me. I would highly recommend Diane for individual or couples counseling as she is cognizant of the needs of a variety of people with respect for diversity. I do think she would do well with younger people or kids also, depending on the kids’ experiences with adults in their life, as she has discussed issues with me about my now four-year-old granddaughter over the years. Kudos and thank to Diane!”

“Diane Smith is an experienced empathetic therapist who has a lot of background in a variety of issues. She understands my concerns and responds with strategies to deal with them. She is an A+ therapist. BetterHelp should strive to keep her.”

“I met Diane only a few days ago for the first time. I felt very comfortable from the start. Diane listens, ask questions, and gives feedback. I am looking forward to the next session.”

“Diane is a realistic, down to earth, competent and easy to talk to person. She has years of experience in her profession and a great variety of life experiences that she can draw on that are helpful as well. She’s a good listener but also keeps discussion going if needed while I’m trying to put what I’m thinking in words, and is ok with a lull if needed too. Her responses to messages are very timely and this is a great addition in between therapy sessions.
We both get frustrated with the BetterHelp platform when isn’t functioning properly, but she is able to get it going or work around it.
Highly recommend Diane Smith as an A+ therapist and valuable member of the team!”

“Diane is very understanding and non-judgemental. She is good at tolerating my going over the same issues until I have worked through them.”

“She is absolutely amazing in every way!”

“She’s great!”

“I’ve had a few different therapists and I find Diane very easy to talk with. She has patience and clearly listens to my concerns about life events. She gives real advice from different aspects of her own life, too, which is relatable. I think I’ve had her as my therapist for about 4 weeks but I’d recommend her to others, too!”
