About Danyelle Sanders
I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, from young adults to older adults, and I’m deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors your unique identity, values, and lived experience.
My approach is grounded in cultural humility and intersectionality. I bring particular expertise in depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, and self-esteem work. I also specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, communication struggles, isolation, social anxiety, grief, shame, and questions of purpose and meaning.
I’m experienced in supporting clients through a wide range of concerns—including mood disorders, trauma, attachment issues, relationship challenges, workplace stress, financial concerns, and health-related struggles. I also have specialized knowledge in areas such as LGBTQ+ issues, women’s and men’s health, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, adoption and foster care, first responder challenges, and multicultural concerns.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in meeting you where you are, without judgment, and working together at a pace that feels right for you. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.
