About Dannette Vest

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of clinical experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and care. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with self-understanding and grows through thoughtful, collaborative exploration.

I understand that exploring unfamiliar or uncomfortable parts of ourselves can feel daunting. In therapy, I aim to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can safely examine patterns, behaviors, and experiences that may no longer be you. Together, this awareness becomes the foundation for developing new perspectives, healthier coping strategies, and lasting growth.

My clinical work is informed by evidenced-based modalities, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), in which I am certified, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to include CBT for Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety. I integrate these approaches thoughtfully to meet your unique needs, whether addressing trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions.

I approaches therapy as a collaborative partnership—one that honors your pace, values, and goals. My goal is to offer a warm, thoughtful, and grounded environment that helps you feel supported.

I have a strong passion for working with couples and individuals navigating trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
