I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and uncertainty about what comes next. I especially enjoy supporting people who may appear to be doing well outwardly but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsettled within.

My therapy style is warm, grounded, and reflective. I use CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and experiential approaches to help you understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and make meaningful changes that align with your values.
