I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor in Florida. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, substance use disorders, coping strategies, homelessness, and psychosis.
My therapeutic style is interactive, and person centered. I feel that everyone deserves respect, compassion, and to feel heard.
My approach combines reality therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy methods. We can work together to see what works best for you.
