About Carson
Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, or major life changes, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
My background in crisis intervention and trauma work has given me a unique perspective on helping people through life’s challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered, using evidence-based practices tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating, and you don’t need to have all the answers before showing up. My role isn’t to judge you or tell you how to live your life, but to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop tools to move forward. I value authenticity, genuine conversations, and even a little humor along the way.
Taking the first step isn’t always easy, but it can lead to meaningful change. Whether you’re hoping to heal from the past, navigate the present, or build a healthier future, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I look forward to working with you!
