About Madeline Claude

I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, or the emotional challenges of the perinatal period. You may feel caught in cycles of worry, burnout, or self-doubt and want relief and clarity. I provide a warm, structured space where we explore what’s keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you feel more in control and confident in your daily life.

I use CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, solution-focused, and person-centered approaches, tailored to your needs. My style is empathetic, flexible, and structured, helping you build insight and practical tools for lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things alone. You don’t have to do this by yourself. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and move toward meaningful change. I’d be happy to connect when you’re ready.
