I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you develop practical strategies to overcome challenges. I’ll support you while also gently challenging you to build self-awareness, make informed decisions, and create meaningful change.

In our first session, I encourage clients to share what brings them to therapy, their current concerns, and any context they feel is important. Together, we will identify goals for therapy and begin developing a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable. I strive to create a welcoming, collaborative space where you feel comfortable being open.
