About Brittany Bargiel

I’m a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Over the past six years, I’ve worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and family conflicts. As an owner and founder of my own Private Practice, Becoming Therapy Center in Pittsburgh PA. I also have experinece working within group practices, hospital settings, crisis hotlines, and domestic violence shelters. I understand how these struggles can affect your sense of self-worth and overall well-being.

My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I specialize in helping clients rebuild self-love, improve communication, and find clarity around life purpose and direction. Whether you’re working through isolation, grief from divorce or separation, body image concerns, workplace challenges, or questions about forgiveness, I’m here to support you with genuine care and respect.

I create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and strengths at your own pace. My goal is to help you develop meaningful insights and tools that support lasting change and growth.
