I’m a therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My work centers on helping people navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, and grief with compassion and understanding.

I specialize in working with clients on self-love, communication, isolation, and life purpose. I’m also skilled in addressing social anxiety, panic disorder, guilt and shame, forgiveness, and control issues. I support people healing from trauma and abuse, managing mood disorders, navigating divorce and separation, and working through attachment and caregiver-related stress. Body image concerns and posttraumatic stress are areas where I bring particular depth.
